Serenity

So have you seen Serenity yet? If not, why haven't you? Don't tell me it's because you haven't seen Firefly, because that is NO EXCUSE! Okay, I have seen Firefly so maybe I can't talk - but honestly, it's been so long since I watched it that I barely even remembered who everyone was. I did not remember ANY of the plot.

It was a GREAT movie. I saw it Tuesday and I'm thinking I might go see it again today. Lots of action, some mystery, great characters, funny bits, sad bits - it had it all. And even though I'm sure they'll never bring it back as a television series I'd love to see more movies - so PLEASE go see it. Already saw it? Go again!

I know, you may be kind of turned off of it already because some Browncoats are being overly pushy about it. And the fact that Serenity fans have their own NAME - Browncoats - may also be a strike against it. Well, I do admit to being a Browncoat and I know I may be biased, but I think that this movie can appeal to "normal" people (is there really such a thing?) as well as rabid fans.

New to this

So, I'm totally new to this but I thought I might as well jump right in. I keep threatening to start a blog and I figured if I didn't start soon it would just stay a threat. Can you tell I don't know what I'm doing? No, don't answer that! Don't worry - I learn fast, and face it - I have nowhere to go but up!
